1) Waiter : "May I take ytour order now sir?"
   John   : "Not yetm but may I have a glass of water instead?"
  John asked for a glass fo water first before he orders something

 

2) "Don't move !!" said the man  wioth the gun to us
    The man with the gun ordered us not to move

 

3) Me    : "Mom, I think I got toothache"
   Mother : " I think it would be a good idea to see the dentist"
   My mothersuggested that I see the dentist

 

4) Manager : "Can you type this document right away?"
  Secretary : "Yes I can sir"
  The manager asked if his secretary could type the document right away

 

5) Ford  : "Do you speak English?"
   Honda : "Can not"
   Ford asked Yamaha if he speaks English

 

6) Girl : "When can we have dinner?"
   Boy  : "anytime my dear"
   She asked when they could have dinner

 

7) Me   : "Have you ever been to Spain, John?"
   John : "Yes I have"
   I aksed whether John had ever been to Spain

 

8) Boy  : "Are you free on Monday?"
   Girl : "I will be in Singapore on Monday"
  she said that she would be in Singapore on Monday

 

9) Boy  : "Where are you going?"
   Girl : "I'm going swimming"
   She said that she was going swimming

 

10) Husband : "What's your plan for tomorrow, dear?"
    Wife    : "I want to bring our children to the zoo tomorrow"
   She said that she wanted to bring their children to the zoo tomorrow

 

11) Me  : "Do you know her address John?"
   John : "Yes I know her address'
   John said that he knew her address

 

12) Me  : "Do you believe me, John?"
   John : "No, I don't believe in you"
   John said that he did not believe me

 

13) Me  : "Where were you yesterday, John?"
   John : "I was here yesterday"
   John said that he was there the day before

 

14) Me    : "Please wait here until I return, dear"
    Marry : "OK, I will"
    I requested Marry to wait here until I returned

 

15)   Me  : "How's your new job, Steve?"
    Steve : "My new job is very interesting"
    Steve said that his new job was very interesting
